Program Participation Policy

Participation in any FunFit Kids LLC program or use of any recreational facilities involves a risk of accidental injury despite safety precautions. Having been informed of the activities to be conducted by the Beyond the Bell All Day program by FunFit Kids LLC, the individual and/or parent and/or legal guardian of the participant(s) assume all risks and hazards, incidental to the activities and release from all responsibility and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the FunFit Kids LLC, its officers, directors, independent contractors, volunteers and all employees;  for any illness or injury to the individual or individual’s children and/or family members occurring during their participation in any activities or use of any recreational facilities at or conducted by FunFit Kids LLC. 


Covid-19 Policy 

Coronavirus, COVID-19 is a virus that spreads through person-to-person contact. Federal and state authorities recommend social distancing as a means to reduce the spread of the virus. COVID-19 can lead to severe illness, personal injury, permanent disability, and death. Participating in FunFit Kids LLC programs or accessing FunFit Kids LLC’s facilities could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. While FunFit Kids LLC is taking many steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19, FunFit Kids LLC in no way warrants that COVID-19 infection will not occur through participation in FunFit Kids LLC programs or accessing FunFit Kids LLC facilities. In order to participate in any FunFit Kids LLC program, parents/guardians must sign a Covid-19 release form. 


Photo Policy 

FunFit Kids LLC may photograph and/or video children during their participation in programs for promotional and/or  documentary purposes. Promotional tools may include but are not limited to social media, website, and printed materials. To opt out you must have in writing stating you do not want your child in promotional materials.


Travel Policy 

If the child or someone they reside with has plans to travel outside of New York State, the Program Director must be notified at least one week prior. Depending on the travel plan, a self-quarantine or negative Covid-19 test result may be required before they can return to the FunFit Kids LLC program. 


Closure Policy 

If FunFit Kids LLC must close due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to a second wave of Covid-19, weather emergencies, natural disasters, threats, and any other global health emergencies for more than ten days, the participant will receive an account credit (not cash refund) for the days that were missed and additional payments will be suspended until the program resumes. 


Refund Policy 

This program is non-cancellable and non-refundable. This program is planned on a semester basis. Completion of the online registration form is your commitment to enrollment in the program for its duration. 


Vaccination Policy 

The FunFit Kids LLC requires that all participants must be vaccinated and provide a current immunization record. FunFit Kids LLC does not allow for religious or personal exemptions. 


Make-up Policy

Make-ups can only be arranged with the office manager. Your child(ren) will only be able to join a pod that is in the same grade and is not full. Make-ups are subjected to availability. Only one make-up per month is allowed with 24 hour notice. There are no refunds for classes missed. Makes ups must take place before the enrolled semester is over. 

FunFit Food Policy

FunFit Kids LLC is a nut-free facility. No food is allowed in the gym. 


Cancellation of Class Policy

FunFit Kids LLC reserves the right to cancel a class or program if the enrollment is too low for any particular session. In the unusual circumstance that this happens notice will be given at least one week ahead of time. If a class is canceled due to low registration you will be refunded a full or prorated fee depending on if any classes were held.

Sickness Policy

FunFit Kids LLC reserves the right to send a sick or injured child home if a program director deems necessary. Please keep your child home if he/she is sick or injured, make-ups are available as per our policy.


Disciplinary Policy

A behavior contract will be included in our parent handbook that must be signed by both the student and parents before starting the program. We will work with families on disciplinary issues, but our priority is the well-being, education and success of all of our children and reserve the right to suspend or expel any child that is hindering another child’s ability to learn without a refund.


Privacy Policy

We at FunFit Kids LLC collect personal information to provide the best and most appropriate care for your child. All personal information is processed and stored in a secure database with encrypted access controls or in a file cabinet on lock and key. We may use your information for company statistics to positively develop the program for the future. We do not sell or rent personal information to any person or organization. Information is only given to those directly involved in providing a service to your child, or as required by law. We may use personal information to communicate with you if we have new information that may be of interest to you.


By enrolling in our program I acknowledge the following: I have read and accept FunFit Kids LLC policies including the privacy policy. I hereby release FunFit Kids LLC and their employees and all associated staff, from all claims, demands, losses, actions, suits or proceedings rising out of the participation of the applicant named in any facility or at any location where a program is being held.
